Welcome to NeuRe

What is Neure?
What will this site do?
Why have a site like this?
How do I use this site?

NeuRe provides a web-based Directory of brain and spinal cord injury programs and professionals. Individuals who have acquired brain injury (ABI), spinal cord injury (SCI), or have sustained other complex neurotrauma can search the Directory to find useful resources in their area. The website features: a Brain Map, Spinal Cord Map, Neuroglossary, U.S. Resource Directory , International Resource List and Links to many other educational sites.

The goal of this site: link people with the information they need, when they need it. Brain and spinal cord injuries are complex injuries. They can require specialized services from many different types of professionals, from neurologists, to life care planners, to social workers. Neure offers a directory of the various professionals involved in neurotrauma care, along with useful, user friendly information about brain and spinal cord injury.
